– Large bedroom features two twin beds, plus two additional twin-sized trundles.

– All bedrooms feature high thread count hotel linens, pillows and comforters, clothing closet and comfortable chair.

BATHROOMS

– Two full bathrooms are fully tiled, stocked with toiletries, soap, shampoo, and plush cotton towels.

KITCHENETTE

– Coffeemaker, minifridge and paper goods.

– Coffee/tea and paper goods.

FOR SHABBOS

– Crock pot, hot water urn, and large hot plate.

– Kiddush cup, Challah tray, knife, and cover; Besomim and Havdalah candle.

MORE

– Living room couch folds out to a comfortable twin size bed.

– Private climate control with heating and A/C in each room.

– Two additional sinks, accessible to all guests on the upper level, make for a total of five sinks on this floor, providing additional privacy and comfort.

– Private porch overlooks 120th Avenue and 228 Street.

Access to the space is through an entrance and staircase on the left side of the home.
